• Green Ridge The Greenridge townhomes are stylish Colonial Townhouses. Most units have two or three bedrooms and 1 and a half bathrooms. Greenridge has a $90 HOA fee.
• Park Place The Park Place Townhomes have 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1350 square foot units. They were built in 1999 and have a $96 monthly HOA fee.
• Ridgestone Condos The Ridgestone Condos are brand new appartment style condos in south west payson. These units are still under construction. A three bedroom unit can be purchased for about $150,000. This complex has an Indoor Pool, Spa, and Fitness Room. There are still lots of Ridgestone condominiums for sale.
• The Maples The Maples were built in 2000. They have three bedrom 1300 square fet units with two car garages. They also have the lowest home owners fee in Payson at just $72 each month.
