The City of Clearfield has about five major Condo Complexes: Bridgestone, Falcon Ridge, Newcastle Green, The Meadow, and the Sundowner Condos.

Bridgestone Condos on Center Street. They are affordable condos that can usually be purchased for less than $100,000. Built in 1981, this complex has a $110 home owners association fee.

Falcon Ridge - The Falcon Ridge condominiums were built in the mid '80's. Most units have two bedrooms and one bathroom and a $95 a month HOA fee. These condos can generally be purchased between $100,000-$125,000.

Newcastle Green Condos are tall townhouse condominiums. They are some of the most expensive condos in Clearfield . Some of the three story units have 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and over 1,600 square feet. They were built in the late '90's.

The Meadow Condominums are contemporary apartment style condos built in 2000. These units typically sell between $115,000-$125,000 .

Sundowner Condos - Located in the south east Clearfield, these older condos built in between 1973 - 1978. They can be pretty big, three stories at up to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Home Owners fee isn't cheap though. $150 each month.
