Bluffdale Utah is a rapidly growing city on the South End of the Salt Lake Valley. There are over a hundered differnet houses for sale in Bluffdale, and a few condos as well. Homes in Bluffdale don't come cheap either. The average house price is more than half a million dollars. The Condos for Sale are a little less expensive but good luck trying to find something for sale for less than $150,000.

Bluffdale Condos

There aren't a lot of condominiums for sale in Bluffdale. There are several large new complexes though. Among these are Vintage on the Bluff, which is a huge complex built in 2003 and 2004. It contains mostly three bedroom two bath units of about 1,250 square feet. The home owners association fee at vintage on the bluff is $100 a month. Vintage on the Bluff has both townhouse and apartment style condos.

Bluffdale Foreclosures

Just because housing in bluffdale is expensive doesn't mean there aren't foreclosures. There are even brand new houses in subdivisions like Parry Farms and Watson Estates that are in preforeclosure Short Sale Status. Some of these houses are still owned by the builders and were built as Spec Homes while the Real Estate market was so hot. Just because someone has a big new house, doesn't mean that they can afford it. Banks will foreclose when mortgage payments are missed, and builders built too many high end spec homes in Bluffdale.
