Alpine, Utah

Alpine Foreclosure Houses

Alpine doesn't have a lot of Foreclosures, but there are a few high end homes and mansions in preforeclosure and short sale status in Alpine. A couple of these properties are actually new construction homes that have never been lived in. Too many builders built expensive "spec homes," but with the current real estate market, these homes aren't selling like they were before. Builders are needing short sales on there construction loans just to get rid of the properties. Most Alpine Foreclosures can be found on the MLS.
